From an early age, I became aware of an essential need for non-judgemental support and active listening through my own development. Sometimes, understanding what you feel can be difficult, let alone why you feel they way you do. Maybe you feel like no one would care, or that it wouldn't matter anyway? I never want anyone to feel as if their voice doesn't matter. I want to be that advocate for children, young adults and couples who feel like no one is in their corner. My specialties are working with individuals struggling with mood disorders and survivors of abuse from ages 2-23.
