I truly believe that the client-therapist relationship is one of the most important parts of fulfilling and successful therapy. I make it my goal as a therapist to create an inviting, relaxed atmosphere where there is no intimidation or fear in getting the support you need. I am here to help you work towards healing past trauma and the effects it may have had on your life. I hope through our therapy sessions we can together improve any stressed relationships, poor sleep, worry and sadness you may be experiencing through individualized treatment planning.
