I know how difficult it can be to reach out for help, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space grounded in trust, warmth, and genuine connection. I work with teens through older adults navigating life’s challenges, including grief and loss, relationship struggles, trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, and feeling disconnected from themselves or others. My approach is psychodynamic, trauma-informed, and deeply relational, allowing us to work at your pace and in a way that feels authentic to you.
