About
I am a licensed clinical social worker with over ten years of experience working in a variety of social service and mental health settings. I help people cope with painful emotions and improve their relationships- with themselves and others, so they can live their best lives. It is important for my clients to feel validated and understood. I meet people where they are and am compassionate and warm. I help people feel better quickly by using effective tools rooted in evidence based techniques. In our first session, we will talk about what brought you into therapy and how I can best support you in addressing your unique challenges. I'll ask you some questions about your background to get to know you a bit better and then we'll work together to develop a plan for your treatment.
