I am an intensively trained DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) therapist specializing in Borderline Personality Disorder, Anxiety Disorder, and Emotion Dysregulation. I work with individuals, couples and families struggling with self-harm and self-destructive behaviors themselves or with a loved one. My ideal client is someone who is willing to make the changes that is necessary in order to build a life that is meaningful.
