Hello! My name is Rachel and I am a LCMFT (Licensed Clinical Marriage & Family Therapist) and work with clients of all ages facing multiple challenges. I have extensive experience working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, and children's mental health challenges. While these are my primary area of expertise, I provide compassionate and effective support for clients navigating a wide range of concerns. My approach is tailored to each individual or family, fostering resilience, growth, and overall well-being. I specialize in CBT, Narrative and coping skills. I have a certificate in Play Therapy and love working with those theories and skills with people of all ages.
