The people I serve align with wanting to create a space together that searches for a deeper connection to themselves, finding ways to gain more personal awareness and insight to the world around them, and take on gently guided challenges towards a steady, centered sense of self. I primarily focus on working through different levels of anxiety/depression, life transitions, relationships to others and self, confidence/ability, struggles/traumas, and learning gentleness through a mindful and intentional lens.
