I have familiarity working with individuals with a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress from significant life changes, and substance use. I provide clients with a person-centered approach that is affirming and nonjudgmental. I strive to be sex positive, culturally sensitive, and LGBTQ+ affirming.
