I bring a curious and warm approach to my work with clients, where I invite a kind of exploration and awareness that can lead to deeper self understanding, compassion, and a relief from unhelpful patterns. I work at your pace to build trust and a feeling of safety in the therapy room and provide a space where you can voice and sift through intrusive thoughts and feelings that you may not feel able to process elsewhere. My practice is primarily comprised of adults, teenage girls, young children and LGBTQ+ individuals.
