My goal as your counselor is to help form and maintain a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship. It is important for my client's to know that their story matters and that I am here alongside them to help them heal and grow. I do this by using a number of evidenced based approaches such as EMDR, CBT, DBT, MI, RCT, and person-centered therapy. I also love to incorporate art into my therapy sessions. Lets get creative!
