I enjoy working with individuals (olders adolescents and adults) that have challenges with depression, anxiety, interpersonal relationships/personality challenges, as well as serious mental illness. The client is the focus of therapy and we will work together to develop a personalized treatment for you. I use an eclectic mix of treatment approaches that vary based on the challenge of the client. I enjoy helping individuals reach their full potential.
