My ideal client is someone who feels caught between who they are and who they want to be. They may be struggling with substance use, compulsive behaviors, or patterns that once offered relief but now create pain. Their needs go beyond stopping a behavior; they need understanding, compassion, and a safe space to uncover the deeper emotional pain that fuels their addiction. Many of my clients come with families who are hurting too, wanting to help but unsure how. Their goals are to find freedom from the behaviors that control them, rebuild trust and connection in their relationships, and learn healthier ways to cope with stress.
