Accepting New Clients! For 30+ years I have had professional experiences of working with children and adults in education, mental health and bioenergetics. As a counselor, I provide a safe, nurturing, confidential and nonjudgemental environment to help you identify what is holding you back and give you the tools to live a rewarding and fullfilling life. I believe in the consideration of the "whole self" (mind, body and spirit) and take a holistic path in helping you heal, grow and achieve. Our time together will help you meet your wellness and counseling goals. You will increase coping skills, build self esteem, decrease feelings of depression and anxiety, heal trauma, release trapped emotions and bring balance into your life. We will use an eclectic approach and incorporate bioenergetics.
