My work focuses on adults and couples who endeavor to live a life of fulfillment, meaning, and joy. Most of the issues we struggle with are not fully known to us because “that is the way it has always been” and they can exist outside of our awareness. Our focus will be looking at the current problem(s), the origins and beliefs that keep it going, and the background of that problem along with your experiences, any trauma, and/or neglect, and how that builds our internal image.
