I have worked with a wide age range of individuals at various stages of life. I believe every individual is an expert in their own experience. Nobody truly knows your thoughts and emotions like you do. That being said, I also know it can get confusing to sort out what we're feeling and why we do what we do. Life can be hard sometimes, and I have personally found it helpful to share my thoughts with another impartial individual to help me navigate what I was going through and identify what I wanted for my life. We aren't all dealt an equal set of cards, but I love helping people learn to manage with the hand they are dealt.
