Welcome to my practice! My name is Rachna and I am a licensed Marriage and Family therapist in the state of California. I am also an International Psychologist, having worked with many different cultures from around the world. My expertise are in working with women ages 25-45 who have experienced pregnancy loss, depression and anxiety. When working with me, my hope is that you feel comfortable and safe as you share your life story with me. In our first session together, we will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy. We will discuss what your life looks like in the present and who is in your support system. We will discuss your challenges that brought you to therapy and what your goals are for yourself.
