As a licensed Clinical Social Worker/Therapist, my passion and purpose are to help empower and provide my clients with tools they can rely on to make holistic changes in their lives especially when dealing with anxiety, depression, and everyday life issues! I have a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Social Work with a Minor in Media, Communications, and Technology. I have been practicing for 10 years. I have tremendous background and experience working in different healthcare settings from inpatient psychiatry, and outpatient behavioral health clinics to working as a clinician in the emergency department. I help clients who are dealing with depression, anxiety, and life issues learn ways to address these thoughts and feelings by implementing action steps to take to alleviate these symptoms to create lasting changes in their lives.
