It is my honor to support individuals as they navigate their personal identities. Whether it be anxiety and stress management, uncertainty in relationships, grief, or depression, I strive to meet you with compassion and empathy. Together, we will create a space in which you are heard and feel supported to manage any challenge you may be experiencing. I work with young adults and adults of any background who are seeking a comfortable therapy dynamic in which we can both grow. As an intern counselor through Northwestern University, I welcome vulnerability and openness, and look forward to the positive outcomes of our work together. My specializations and interests include college populations, occupation adjustment and burnout, grief, and self image work.
