I am the Founder and Vice Chairwoman of Sanford Behavioral Health, an addiction, eating disorder, and mental health treatment facility. I understand the complexity of mental health treatment and the challenging experience it can be for both therapist and client. Depending on your needs, I can offer both residential and outpatient treatment options. With the support of Sanford's staff behind me, I am able to help you prepare to integrate recovery into your everyday life. My therapy is designed to build on each individual's strengths. I am inspired by the life stories of my clients and strive for excellence in all I do.
