I connect best with other queer and neurodiverse folks who've tried the “fitting in” and are more interested in a sense of belonging. Maybe you're new to mental health care, or maybe you've been around a time or two (or more!)- I enjoy working with individuals who've identified as an "intellectualizer" or "over-thinker," and know that "being self-aware" only goes so far. I specialize in working with ADHD, anxiety, and complex trauma, utilizing a holistic and social justice oriented lens. I provide Ecotherapy in-person, to people located in and around the Denver area, in addition to other somatic-based interventions, including EMDR, both in-person and online.
