Hello! I'm glad you are here! I believe that reaching out to engage with therapy takes courage and we all experience times in our lives when we need added support to move forward! My approach to counseling is to create a safe space to discuss any challenges you may have and move toward a brighter future. Within the therapeutic relationship, I practice from the perspective of recognizing each person’s individual strengths and unique gifts as I assist them with processing feelings and recognizing thought patterns which may be hindering their ability to live their best life. I offer understanding, collaboration and nonjudgment.
