I'm Raef Sengupta, a Resident Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 1 year of experience specializing in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, and more. I work with individuals of all ages, using a psycho-dynamic approach to therapy. I believe that the foundation of lasting change is built on strong relationships, and my goal is to create a space where we can explore both the visible and hidden aspects of internal conflicts, learning from them along the way.
