Hi there! I'm so happy you're here! Seeking help can be intimidating, but I'm glad that you're taking an active step towards improving your overall wellness. I take a holistic approach to the counseling experience where I focus on one's lifespan including their past, present, and future. While your past may play a role in who you are today, I am a firm believer that it does not have to dictate where you're going. We all may experience similar concerns throughout life, but this is YOUR journey and it is unique to you. I often work with clients who struggle with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Anxiety, Relationship Issues, and Adjustment Concerns. Grief work is also a passion of mine, and I believe I offer unique insight into companioning clients who are experiencing grief and loss. I am passionate about helping clients regain control of their story.
