My areas of expertise include trauma and complex trauma, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, relationship concerns, identity exploration, immigration and first-generation experiences, Asian and South Asian issues, women’s issues, neurodivergent disorders, LGBTQ+ support, and body image distress.
