In a world that feels increasingly uncertain, the need for meaningful mental health support is more urgent than ever. I offer a space grounded in empathy, deep listening, and compassion—sprinkled with a touch of humor—because I believe healing begins in connection. I work with adults and couples navigating emotional distress, relational struggles, or life transitions. My doctoral research focused on treating highly conflictual couples, exploring the unconscious dynamics of aggression and masochism in intimate relationships. I also specialize in working with individuals and families impacted by addiction and its ripple effects.
