Hi, I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) that provides individual therapy to adults based in Massachusetts. I work with a wide range of challenges, including trauma, ADHD/neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, parentification, relationship and parenting concerns, stress, and life transitions. I bring authenticity and groundedness into my relationships with clients, and especially enjoy supporting those exploring how past experiences shape present patterns and relationships.
