As a South Los Angeles native and a graduate of a New York University, I have had the privilege of immersing myself in culturally diverse communities across the country. I work collaboratively, drawing from evidence-based modalities like CBT, DBT, and narrative therapy, while honoring the unique cultural and relational dynamics that shape your story.
