About

I provide individual psychotherapy aimed at reducing stress and anxiety, improving mood, relationships and self esteem, and learning constructive ways to express and cope with emotions. Therapy with me will provide you with insight and self- understanding as well as with the skills necessary to make life changes. I am a licensed psychologist with over 10 years of experience most recently at Columbia University where I also teach. I specialize in the unique concerns of law students, lawyers, LGBTQ clients and those dealing with cross-cultural adaptation. I have extensive background and experience in treating survivors of trauma.
