Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I specialize in helping people overcome anxiety, build better stress management skills, and improve challenging relationship dynamics such as jealousy and codependency. I believe that human connection is the most powerful agent of change, and it is my goal to create a safe space that encourages growth and empowerment. I’m passionate about finding paths through learned beliefs and perspectives that are no longer serving you. Be it the perfectionism of academics, or the endless guilt of motherhood, there is a way out! I completed my B.S. in Women's and Gender Studies at Eastern Michigan University. This significantly influences me as a therapist, as I draw heavily from the feminist perspective, and the impacts of intersectionality. I consider myself an eclectic therapist, borrowing from CBT, Humanistic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Acceptance and commitment therapy.
