I specialize in adult neurodivergence in LGBTQIA+, women, & female identifying clients, neuro-affirming EMDR for trauma, interpersonal communication skill building, and people pleaser recovery & empowerment. For all things neurodivergence and interpersonal relationships, I am here to help! I walk beside my clients as they learn to thrive instead of just survive, and what a privilege that is! I implement various types of therapy depending on the needs of the client in my office. My primary focus areas are EMDR, CBT, & somatic skills. I strive to implement a person-centered and culturally sensitive approach and prioritize neuro-affirming intervention. My personal therapeutic framework is relational and heavily informed by Feminist Therapy.
