If you’ve ever felt like you’re explaining yourself over and over and still not quite being understood, you’re not alone. A lot of the queer and LGBTQ+ adults I work with come in feeling stuck, discouraged, or unsure whether therapy can actually help after past experiences that missed the mark. I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with over 30 years of experience. Most of my clients are queer adults, and I try to offer a space where you don’t have to overthink your words or explain who you are.
