Hi! I am Rajitha Pillai (Raji), a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 15 years of experience in the mental health field, including experiences from India and in the US. I hold a Master of Science Degree in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling from Monmouth University. I am basically a Clinical Psychologist, REBT Therapist, and Hypnotherapist from India. I also hold a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology and have a Postgraduate diploma in Clinical and Community Psychology from India. I work with individuals, couples, and families who are navigating a variety of life challenges. In our first session together, my goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard, respected and supported. We'll begin by discussing what brings you to therapy and what you hope to achieve through it - whether that's gaining clarity around a specific issue, seeking support during a difficult time, or receiving hemoving toward a personal goal.
