Hi, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience, and I work via telehealth, with clients located anywhere in New Jersey. If you've been feeling anxious, unmotivated and unsure of your next steps, you're not alone. Life can feel heavy when you're constantly holding everything together. I help adults, couples, young professionals and students, manage stress, build confidence, and reconnect with what really matters. I also help men and women who've experienced trauma, burnout, or toxic relationships, reclaim their confidence and voice.
