My name is Ralph Rueda, and I am a first-generation Filipino American. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Northern California. I work exclusively with clients via telehealth. I specialize in motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and a strength-based approach. I tailor my approach to my clients according to their needs and what they seek out of therapy. I aim to make sure to keep my client-centered and value normalizing feedback in therapy on how each session goes so I can better strengthen my work in every session moving forward.
