My name is Ramie Sodaro, LMFT, and I work with adults managing anxiety, relationship strain, and the long-term impact of family-of-origin trauma. Many of my clients are high-functioning professionals who appear steady on the outside yet feel overwhelmed or disconnected internally. I specialize in helping people untangle relational patterns, chronic stress, and unresolved trauma.
