I love helping people solve the problems in their lives. I work with children, adolescents, adults and families. I have over 21 years of experience. I enjoy working with wide range of issues; depression, anxiety, behavior problems, parenting, adjustment problems. I also work with military personnel and their families with the many challenges the military lifestyle can present. I grew up a military Brat and married into the military, my husband is now retired. I have also been active duty. I have lived many aspects of the military life. Please allow me to help you walk through life's many challenges.
