I specialize in womens issues, such as pregnancy, post-partum, parenting, anxiety, and friend and family relationship dynamics. I also specialize in helping couples navigate issues related to life transitions, trauma, communication, and infidelity. My approach is trauma-informed and holistic with a focus on balance.
