I am passionate about working with marginalized groups, whether that is based on gender, sexuality, race, or neurodiversity. I also have extensive experience working with relationship problems, anxieties, spirituality concerns, men’s issues, and suicidal thoughts. I use an integrative and person-centered style that includes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-focused Therapy (SFT), and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) among others, in order to meet the varying needs of each person’s unique experience.
