I believe we are defined by the diversity of our experiences, relationships, and identities. My role as a therapist is to create a safe space without judgment where the diversity of your experiences can be explored with compassion. The work we do together is collaborative and centered on your personal growth, needs, and desires. I am trained psychoanalytic trained as such the goal in therapy is to help you explore your past history, thoughts, and emotions to understand oneself and live a more full and satisfying life. I have completed my psychoanalytic training at Institute for the Psychoanalytic Study of Subjectivity. Majority of my experience comes from working with communities of color, immigrant and migrant communities, and refugees. I have worked in traditional settings and refugee camps with youth, women, and families.
