Dr. Thomas is a licensed psychologist and graduate of the Gordon Derner Institute of Advanced Psychological Studies at Adelphi University, the first graduate program in clinical psychology with an educational model devoted to the practicing clinician/psychotherapist. With pre- and post-doctoral experience and training in psychoanalytically-oriented psychotherapy, he has practiced for over 30 years, working with children, adolescents, and adults in individual psychotherapy, as well as providing neuropsychological evaluations to identify the learning needs of children and young adults.
