I offer traditional in-office therapy in Wichita, KS and for those on the go or looking for a more convenient way to communicate, I offer telehealth anywhere in Kansas. Therapy is a place to slow down, tell the truth, and learn how to live with greater intention. You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin healing Healing happens when you feel seen, supported, and challenged in the right ways. I provide individual therapy for children, adolescents, and adults, as well as marriage and family therapy. I have a deep respect for and experience working with members of the military community, and I consider it a privilege to support our service members and their families.
