ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS. My mission is to help you find balance, identify roadblocks to help reach your goals, challenge negative thinking, and avoid self sabotage. Therapeutic tools I utilize include CBT, motivational interviewing, and coping skills for patients suffering from but not limited to depression, anxiety, stress, adjustment disorder, coping with life changes, and relationship issues. My practice style is patient-centered, solution focused, and empathetic. My focus is on positive psychology, developing goals to improve quality of life, mood stabilization, building self-esteem, and teaching coping skills for daily living.
