Life is hard enough, you don't have to try and navigate it alone… With 10 years post-graduate experience providing counseling services, I have worked with many different populations of clients including, but not limited to, those struggling with addictions, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and difficulty coping with life’s stressors. I believe in an eclectic approach, since no one counseling theory will fit all different situations and individualized problems. I am not one to judge and will try to meet clients where they are at.
