My work centers around the nervous system and the role it plays in how we relate, attach, and experience pleasure and closeness. I integrate mindfulness and nervous system regulation practices, alongside practical tools for healthy communication, boundary-setting, and shifting long-standing beliefs and behavioral patterns that no longer serve you.
