I'm Randi Fabrick, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker as well as a Registered Dietitian, and I have been working for many years providing supportive counseling to both individuals and families. I have worked in various settings and currently focus on women's health needs, including life transitions, pregnancy and postpartum, and family dynamics. I also enjoy working with teens to help them with their overall coping and focusing on their goals for the future. I incorporate CBT, interpersonal and family systems, supportive counseling, mindfulness, and other positive coping techniques that help with anxiety and depression.
