Finding a safe, affirming space to explore your concerns can be an important step in improving emotional well-being. I work with adults navigating gender or sexuality concerns, past or current trauma, anxiety, grief and loss, and major life transitions. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. My approach is collaborative and mindfulness-based, grounded in respect for each client’s lived experiences, personal background, and goals. Therapy focuses on building insight, emotional awareness, and meaningful change at a pace that feels supportive and manageable.
