About

I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC), as well as a licensed certified alcohol and drug counselor (LCADC). For over a decade I have been working with adolescents, adults, and families utilizing an eclectic, holistic approach. I work with clients helping to foster the mind/body connection. Together we nurture this connection in order to promote balanced, well-rounded mental health. I received my Bachelor's Degree from Washington University in St. Louis and my Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Long Island University.
