In my therapy sessions, I like to be solution focused using a cognitive behavioral approach to treatment. Together with my clients, we identify the problem and then figure out what behaviors and/or cognitions need to change in order to solve the problem. I especially love working with children and teens teaching them the tools they need to regulate emotions, manage stressful situations, and problem solve.
