Being a human being is hard. Balancing identities, relationships, daily stresses and/or past trauma can be complicated. My job as a therapist is to help my clients feel heard and supported as we work together to figure out what you need and want from therapy. We will create a treatment approach to fit your individual needs and goals. I mainly work with adult women and the LGBTQ+ community, but really, anyone who is looking for a safe down-to-earth space to be themselves and explore change is welcome here. Sometimes with a little humor and lightness when it feels right. In our work together, we might explore loss in its many forms, caregiving fatigue, the weight of perfectionism, or the patterns in relationships that leave you feeling unseen. We'll also tend to the ways your body and mind are still protecting you from old pain or trauma, helping you find safety and steadiness in the present.
