I am a licensed clinical social worker with a deep passion for supporting individuals navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship challenges. Life can throw a lot our way, and sometimes it feels like we’re carrying those decisions and emotions alone. My goal is to offer a safe, supportive space where you can unpack what’s been weighing on you and start finding your balance again. I have worked in the mental health field serving adult clients for over six years. My therapeutic approach is grounded in building a strong, trusting relationship, as I believe this is key to creating lasting change.
